AZ, CA, HI, IL, LA, NJ, NY, RI and TX Customers: Please submit a state resale certificate with your customer application.
FL customers must provide a copy of their Annual Resale Certificate.
NM customers must provide NTTC.
RI customers must fill out either a Resale Certificate or Wholesaler Resale Certificate.
WA customers must provide a copy of their Reseller Permit.
