On pearls the customer asks us to drill, all Sales are Final. Once we alter the pearl through drilling half or full way the pearls are Not Returnable for store credit or exchange.

Please do not ask custom drill or custom order if you think you may return the order.

All of our pearl pictures and videos are taken in-house. Try best show the actual image of the pearl, how they are naturally on the best possible way we can present them to you to its true color and form with it’s best qualities and imperfections so you know the precise quality of the pearls you are purchasing from us.

Please note, colors may vary due to viewing on different display, devices, however we always try our best to picture them and represent the pearls as closest as possible it would be in person eye.

Please note that since we are a wholesale store and dedicated to keeping our prices as low as possible, we are unable to provide free return shipping. Buyer will need to pay the return shipping fee no matter the return reason
