Please be aware that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. It is our standard policy, aligned with most pearl sellers, that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, including those with custom drill specifications. However, if the items were not customized, we are more than willing to accommodate your return.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date you received the order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.


All returns MUST include a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To receive a (RA) number, please contact your Customer Service Representative or use the Product Please include your Customer Number, Invoice Number, and specifics on the items you are returning and the reason for the return.

Please note that since we are a wholesale store and dedicated to keeping our prices as low as possible, we are unable to provide free return shipping. Buyer will need to pay the return shipping fee no matter the return reason.

Once we receive your return and assess the condition of the item, we will proceed with your requested return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. The timing for refunds to reflect on your credit card statement can vary, usually taking 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your credit card company.

The following items are ineligible for return or exchange:
• Custom Orders
• Custom drilled pearls
• Final Sale Items
